KHUBANI KA MEETHA
- 1cup Dried apricots
- 1/2 cup to 1cup Sugar
- Water(to soak apricots)
Method
- Wash & soak the apricots in water for 15 minutes.
- Put it in a pan & add sugar according to taste, as apricots are already sweet.
- Cook over medium heat till the apricots are fully cooked/soft.
- Remove from heat and set aside to cool a bit.
- Blend to a fine paste.
- Serve cold or
