KHUBANI KA MEETHA


Ingredients

  • 1cup Dried apricots
  • 1/2 cup to 1cup Sugar
  • Water(to soak apricots)

Method
  1. Wash & soak the apricots in water for 15 minutes.
  2. Put it in a pan & add sugar according to taste, as apricots are already sweet.
  3. Cook over medium heat till the apricots are fully cooked/soft.
  4. Remove from heat and set aside to cool a bit.
  5. Blend to a fine paste.
  6. Serve cold or
